5.0 marketing, 1.0 product. It is annoying at best
Excellent monitoring performance and accuracy. I plan on adding solar system monitoring option soon as my current solar monitoring (OEM) is quite inadequate.
Works great. Don't know why people hate on it so bad.
Won't let you identify devices manually.
Works well for the most part, but the 'Usage' section is mostly useless due to a bug that just lists the monthly usage for each month as 100kWh. Talked to support about it months ago and was told that it would be resolved soon, but that didn't turn out to the be the case.
The GUI is not particularly intuitive and takes alot learning time. It also does not match the version in most of the YouTube tutorials. Much different then this App
doesn't categorize well.
Huge security risk!! I've received alerts that 'name' TV has been on for more than 1.5 hours (where name is someone's actual name that isn't in my house), that my bathroom light has been on for more than an hour (when it's not), and this morning that my heat pump has been on for an hour. (I don't have a great pump). I always considered Sense to be the worst device I ever paid money for and pretty much a Scam, but this latest revelation is a new low
Recent update messed up the timing algorithm. I see device notifications that are not in my home . Great hardware, sense real time for my solar production is better than my solar PV's OEM app. Several concerns though, pls fix; (1)Solar analysis shows
Great app concept but horrifying readings. Use it to track solar and power consumption. Turned off every breaker but one with a fridge and it says we using 3 000 watts... kinda doubt this. Had a electrion verify and ya no thing reads terrible. Installed by solar company so should be installed correctly.
